Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to Healthtek Creative Solutions?
A: Healthtek is a digital health solutions company.
We work closely with healthcare and wellness businesses to design, develop and support engagement platforms that ensure those in need can easily find the services their providers deliver.
Much of our work is with mid-sized to enterprise level human resource groups that are looking for new and engaging ways to promote wellness services to employees and their families. We design, develop and support video, web and mobile solutions for all kinds of health awareness purposes.
Q: What types of solutions do you provide to your clients?
A: Healthtek is unique in that we originated as a game development company almost three decades ago. In early 2000 we pivoted a portion of our business into healthcare. Seeing an opportunity to marry the marry the technology of gaming with the holistic service of the health industry, our founders launched into the development of custom engagement portals for an exclusive collection of enterprise clientele.
Over the years, we have learned that cutting edge is not where every business is or even wants to be. All businesses need to walk that fine line between effective service delivery and cost awareness. Our designers work closely with the client’s health strategy to create custom digital solutions that fit their technical needs with the greatest impact to their audience.
Our eHealth Monthly platforms are great starting points for many businesses. Delivering dynamic and engaging health information to client communities through email and dynamic multi-language newsletters.
Other clients dive into our Custom Portal offerings. Which are specially designed for ease of access, robust feature delivery and direct links into deeper wells of service.
Our most recent efforts have seen investments into mobile remote patient monitoring (mRPM) services that represent a groundbreaking advancement in healthcare and wellness service delivery.
Q: What are the benefits of choosing Healthtek Creative Solutions?
A: The largest benefit of choosing Healthtek is that we engage with our clients where they are.
While many digital service companies work real hard to sell off the shelf solutions, Healthtek prefers to listen to a clients needs and deliver just that. If contract-for-hire is what fits the moment, we are all in. If an internal team needs to be augmented, we are right there. If a client desires to own their platform in full, we are happy to be of service.
Of course, we have platform and solution offerings as well. Yet, for the most part, our best work is found by fitting into our client’s plans for their future. Not attempting to divert what they already know.

A: Health and wellness content delivery is in our very near future.
Later this year, Healthtek will be announcing an all new HTPortal offering that will deliver clinically approved content services to all of our clients and partners.
